About Us
Palo Verde Glass & Screen Co. Inc. is a Tucson owned and operated company and was established in 1978 by Bill and Betty Smith. The Company was purchased by Ron and Deb Prince in 1992 and still are the current active owners.
The Company’s mission is to provide quality products at a competitive price along with quality service. Palo Verde Glass & Screen is a licensed contractor registered with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and also a member of the Better Business Bureau.
We have a wide range of products which include residential and commercial glass replacement (single, dual and triple pane), complete line of window replacement with low emissivity (low e) insulated windows, Phifer™ Sunscreens, insect screens, sliding screen doors, hinged screen doors, manual roll down shades, custom mirrors, table tops and glass shelves.

Ron Prince
Co-owner and President
Ron's main job is estimating at your home or business. He has been in the glass industry for 38 years and is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the business.
Ron's main hobby is SCUBA diving and his wife drags him to the gym.

Deb Prince
Co-owner and Vice-President
They have owned the Company for 15 years in September 2007. She is the Vice President of the company and currently office manager.
Deb and her husband, Ron, have one son, one daughter and another adopted daughter. She has 5 ½ grandchildren (one on the way). Her hobbies are SCUBA diving and working out at the gym.

Sherri Sherwood
Sherri has been with the company 4 years and is a Customer Service Representative.
She has one boy and one girl, but too young to have grandchildren.

Tasha Cruz
Tasha has been with the company 8 months and is a part time employee. Her current job description is Customer Service Representative. She has caught on very fast and is eager to help customers.
She is currently attending the University of Arizona with a major in nursing.

Tomas (Tommy) Martinez
Tommy has been with the Company for 4 years and is the Field Supervisor. He has a broad knowledge of all the types of installation.
He is married and has a boy and girl. His hobbies are ATVs and camping.
Pat Merritt
Pat is one of our glaziers and has been with the company 4 years. He has been in the business for several years and has a broad knowledge of the business.
His hobby, along with his wife, is horses.
Cario Silva
Cario has been with the company for approximately 2 years and his duties are many.
His main job is screen fabrication, but he can also install shower doors and help with many other jobs.
Cario has two boys, ages 9 and 6.
Bill Smith
Bill founded Palo Verde Glass & Screen in 1978. After Ron and Deb bought the business he stayed on as a full time employee until 2003 when he retired.
After 6 months of retirement, he decided that he wanted to stay more active and we welcomed him back as a part time employee.
Aaron Rogers
Aaron worked for Palo Verde Glass & Screen for 5 years and was our Field Supervisor/Manger. He is now an EMT full time and works with us part time.
You will see him helping Ron estimating and working with the other employees from time to time.
